Richmond JBCC is a freehold hotel-suites development by Richmond Asia Group in the Johor Bahru Central Business District, professionally managed under the Hyatt Place brand of Hyatt Hotels Corporation. It sits beside Tan Hiok Nee Heritage Street, inside the Iskandar Special Economic Zone (Iskandar SEZ) and the Ibrahim International Business District (IIBD), with completion expected Q2 2028.
